For those who are interested here is the deck that I used at the tournament. It came in third, losing to Jason in the semi-finals in a convincing victory for him.

Basically make everyone wanted and then release the mob of angry citizens. Their are lots of cheap dudes (19) to use with the Lynch Mobs and Mob Justice. Their are 13 deeds in the deck but you only need one or two as your dudes are cheap to bring out and don't have any upkeep. The Lynch Mobs can be used on anyone who's wanted. Remember that if you lynch someone with 2 or more influence you get a victory point. If you have the jail out and ace a dude with less than 2 influence throw them in jail for that victory point. The mob justice's work great when a wanted dude calls you out at your private location. Ace the calling out dude with the mob justice and the shootout never occurs. Works just as well when a wanted dude starts a job against you. Ace the dude who starts the job and the job never takes place.
