Navigation: The idea of this site is to be as simple
as possible, and to not force you to do anything you don't want to.
Consequently, all of my links will open the page in the window you are
already in. I have tried to follow as best as possible the guidelines
set out in Nielsen's Alertbox;
if you want to open a link in a new window, your browser should have
that option, it's a standard funtion (for IE users, it's right-click,
new window). I won't force you to stay here, or break your back button
by making you use multiple windows. Oh yeah, No Frames, they're
pointless and annoying...
