"The way you build a deck will depend upon a number of variables. Probably the most important are: What you want the deck to do, What environment you are playing in, and perhaps most importantly, What cards you have access to." 2) Objective A good deck needs a plan. Its no good just throwing all those cool cards you really like the look of together and hoping you'll win. That might work in multi-player, but a tournament deck needs to be good. Incidentally, by objective, we're talking about a lot more than simply winning the game. It's HOW you win the game that matters. For example; a "Bob's Brutes" deck wins by getting some serious bruisers onto the front line as fast as possible, and keeping them alive for long enough to take out the opposing lines. An "Uber Sorscha" deck is designed to maintain your ranks for long enough to level Sorscha using Glyphs and Potions, tooling her up and getting her to the front. |
